Download TaxnicPro.zip, un-zip it and save Setup.exe and TaxnicProUpdate.msi to a temporary folder.

Double click Setup.exe to start installation. |

Taxnic is built on Microsoft .Net Framework v3.5. If it hasn't been installed, Setup.exe will download and install it. But you should have administrator permission to install the .Net Framework. |

Taxnic runs on Cassini mini web server. If it hasn't been installed, Setup.exe will download and install it. |

Select "I Agree" on the agreement of license window, select the location to install and finish the installation. |

Once Taxnic is installed, select Taxnic Pro 2009 from programs menu or desktop shortcut to load Taxnic Pro in the web browser. |

Once Taxnic is loaded, you should create a user account to protect the software from using by others. |
